What kind of products do you sell?

We make breed-specific gifts for dog lovers β€” coffee mugs, dog bandanas, and owner t-shirts. Every design is made for a specific breed because your Golden Retriever and your German Shepherd are not the same dog and they deserve different merch.

Are your products made to order?

Yes! Every product is printed on demand just for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Nothing goes to waste. Your order is made specifically when you place it.

What brands do you use?

Our t-shirts are printed on Bella + Canvas 3001 β€” one of the softest, most popular unisex tees available. Our mugs are premium ceramic with coloured inside and handle. Our bandanas are sublimation-printed pet collar bandanas with adjustable buckle.

How do I care for my products?

  • Mugs: Dishwasher and microwave safe
  • Bandanas: Machine washable (max 90Β°F / 30Β°C)
  • T-shirts: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, do not bleach

How do I choose the right bandana size for my dog? Measure around your dog's neck where their collar normally sits, then choose:

  • S: 10"–16.75" (25.4–42.5 cm) β€” Chihuahua, Yorkie, Maltese
  • M: 12"–20.25" (30.5–51.4 cm) β€” Shih Tzu, Pug, French Bulldog
  • L: 14.25"–23" (36.2–58.4 cm) β€” Beagle, Border Collie, Australian Shepherd
  • XL: 15.5"–23.5" (39.4–59.7 cm) β€” Labrador, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd

XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL. The Bella + Canvas 3001 runs true to size. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit.

What is your return policy?

Since every product is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.

My order arrived damaged β€” what do I do?

Email us atΒ hello@whosagoodstore.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement right away. No hassle, no questions asked.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders go into production quickly! Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. After that we can't guarantee changes can be made.

Because products are made to order we're unable to exchange for sizing issues, so please check the size guide carefully before ordering. When in doubt, size up!
