Refund policy

At Who's A Good Store, every product is printed on demand specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders placed with the wrong size, colour, or simply a change of mind.

However, we will always make it right if something goes wrong on our end.

We offer a full replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • Your order arrives incorrect due to a printing or production error
  • Your item is lost in transit

How to request a replacement or refund: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@whosagoodstore.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Please note:

  • We do not cover return shipping costs for change of mind
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once approved
  • Replacements are shipped within our standard production timeframe
